Our Process

  1. Assessment & Colour Code Check: Paint code verification and digital colour scan.
  2. Preparation: Repairs, panel alignment, sanding, filling where needed, and masking.
  3. Priming: Epoxy/2K primers, guide-coat, and block sanding for a flat base.
  4. Basecoat: Water- or solvent-borne base applied in a controlled environment.
  5. Clearcoat: High-solids UV-stable lacquer for depth and durability.
  6. Cure & De-nib: Bake cycle, then local de-nibbing where required.
  7. Polish & QC: Machine polish, panel gap check, and final quality inspection.

Materials & Standards

We use recognised automotive paint systems, OEM-spec clearcoats, and quality abrasives. All jobs follow correct flash, film-build, and bake times to ensure adhesion, UV resistance, and a long-lasting finish.

Rust & Bodywork Repairs

Where corrosion or damage is present, we can cut, weld, or treat affected areas before paint. Proper metalwork and sealing prevent the defect returning and keep the finish looking fresh.

Aftercare

  • No washing for 48 hours; avoid strong chemicals for 2 weeks
  • Hand-wash recommended; microfibre towels only
