Our Process

  1. Inspection: Check for cracks, corrosion, stripped threads, and overall condition.
  2. Cleaning: Degreasing, chemical soak, and media blasting to bare metal (where required).
  3. Preparation: Masking of gasket surfaces and threaded holes for precision.
  4. Painting: Multi-stage high-temperature paint system applied for colour and protection.
  5. Finishing: Oven cure (where applicable), decal or badge fitment, and final polish.

Aftercare

  • Avoid harsh degreasers for 7 days after fitting
  • Clean gently with mild soap and soft brushes
  • Do not pressure wash or use solvent cleaners on freshly coated parts
