Our Process
- Inspection: Check for cracks, corrosion, stripped threads, and overall condition.
- Cleaning: Degreasing, chemical soak, and media blasting to bare metal (where required).
- Preparation: Masking of gasket surfaces and threaded holes for precision.
- Painting: Multi-stage high-temperature paint system applied for colour and protection.
- Finishing: Oven cure (where applicable), decal or badge fitment, and final polish.

Aftercare
- Avoid harsh degreasers for 7 days after fitting
- Clean gently with mild soap and soft brushes
- Do not pressure wash or use solvent cleaners on freshly coated parts
