This policy does not apply to new parts, which are governed separately by the applicable consumer rights and any stated return or warranty terms.
By placing an order for a used part, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
2. No Returns / No Refunds (Used Parts Only)
All items sold that are clearly described as used or second-hand are sold on a strictly no returns, no refunds, and no exchanges basis.
Once an order for a used part has been confirmed and payment has been received:
- The sale is final.

- Labour costs or fitting issues
- Buyer error or misdiagnosis
3. Condition of Used Parts
This section applies only to used and second-hand parts. All parts are sold as used, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Used car parts will naturally show signs of wear, age, cosmetic marks, or prior use. This does not constitute a defect.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Ensure the part number, specification, and compatibility are correct before purchase
- Confirm suitability for their specific vehicle, engine code, gearbox, or chassis
- Consult a qualified mechanic where necessary prior to ordering
4. Consumer Rights Clarification (Ireland / EU)
This section applies only to used and second-hand parts.
Under Irish and EU consumer law, the statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to:
- Goods that are clearly described as used or second-hand and sold with full disclosure of their condition
- Items sold in a business-to-business (B2B) context
Where consumer protections apply, they relate only to items that are not as described at the point of sale. This does not include:
- Normal wear and tear
- Failure after installation
- Incorrect fitting or coding
- Damage caused during installation or removal

5. Electrical and Mechanical Parts (Used Parts Only)
This section applies only to used electrical and mechanical components. All electrical and mechanical components are sold untested unless explicitly stated otherwise.
No warranty, guarantee, or assurance is provided regarding:
- Lifespan
- Performance after installation
- Compatibility with modified vehicles
Once fitted or attempted to be fitted, parts are deemed accepted by the buyer.
6. Shipping and Risk
All items are carefully packaged prior to dispatch.
Risk passes to the buyer once the item is handed over to the courier. Any damage caused in transit must be taken up directly with the courier.
Claims relating to shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and supported by clear photographic evidence of:
- The external packaging
- Internal packaging
- The item itself
Failure to comply with this process voids any potential claim.
7. Acceptance of Terms (Used Parts)
By completing a purchase of a used part on this website, the buyer confirms that:
- They understand the item is used
- They accept the no returns / no refunds policy for used parts
- They have verified compatibility and suitability
- They accept all associated risks
8. New Parts – Separate Terms
New parts are not covered by this No Returns Policy.
Returns, warranties, and consumer rights for new parts (where applicable) are handled in accordance with:
- Irish and EU consumer law
- Any manufacturer warranty provided
