Our Process

1. Inspection & Assessment: We lift the vehicle and check the chassis, wheel wells, arches, and seams for corrosion or trapped moisture.
2. Cleaning & Preparation: Steam or chemical cleaning removes dirt, grease, and debris. Any light surface rust is treated before coating.
3. Masking & Protection: Exhaust, brakes, and sensitive components are masked off to ensure clean application.
4. Application: A high-grade rust inhibitor and flexible sealant are applied evenly across all exposed underbody areas.
5. Curing & Final Check: Once cured, we perform a visual inspection to ensure complete coverage and protection.
